This was the 2nd windshield replaced by All Star Glass and both times the service was excellent!
Having such a busy life, its nice to make one phone call and have everything handled so quickly.
Over the last 20 plus years my husband and I have used All Star Glass on many occasions while living in Palm Springs. On every occasion we were treated with exemplary curtious treatment from the staff. They went above and beyond to accomodate our work schedules. The technicians were friendly and clean!
I love them, VERY EFFICIENT AND GREAT PRICE!! ! I had a crack on my driver side windshield of my Honda and they were able to fix it very fast. They explained everything i needed to do/not to do. It was repaired for a great price. They are so friendly and nice. They take the time to get all the information, so i didn't feel rushed when i spoke with them. I also had a chip in my Nissan windshield (from the inside it looked unrepairable). They put a "resin" in the whole and from the outside you can't even tell where the chip was! I had my 2yr old with me when i got it fixed and it was done in less then 20 mins. They work so FAST and EFFICIENTLY! I would recommend them to everyone.
I just had the windshield replaced on my Scion xB by All Star Glass. The technician, Arturo, was both professional and courteous and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He skillfully installed the windshield in about 40 minutes and ...it looks beautiful. The discount for being a member of the Southern California Automobile Club was an extra bonus to a price that was already lower than the competitors. It is abundantly clear why AAA recommends All Star Glass as they meet a high level of service that so many other businesses never do. Thank you!
Being a rookie dealing with car services, I like to think that all places are auto shops are sketchy. I was wrong. My first experience dealing with a cracked windshield left me as a happy customer. I'm with State Farm and they referred me to this place as a location that will cover the costs. I contact All Star Glass and speak with Joe, who was very professional with his service. He setup a conference call between the both of us and a State Farm agent(to get more information about the crack).
I really like that they offer the service of coming to my work to fix my vehicle. This saves me a lot of time. When the driver arrived, he called me I met him outside. His name was Rich(or Rick) and was very friendly with his service and explained everything to me clearly. Very weird to say, but he'd be a fun person to grab a beer with. He was very energetic and was all smiles while I was there. He told me 45 minutes and 45 minutes later, he calls me to let me know my car is done. He even installed new windshield wipers for me ($18) which was perfect cause I needed new ones anyways. "Lifetime warranty on the windows besides pebbles" Rich said with a smile, when he was all done.
I'm very happy with their professionalism and service of this place. I highly recommend!
